Shipping policy

All our orders are made to order and directly shipped from our manufacturing unit in Pakistan.
Lead time for the Regular size order is 10 to 15 working days after receiving and confirming your order.
Lead time for Made to measure, Custom Made & back orders may take about 4 to 6 weeks to complete and shipped after confirmed details.
Please ask for manufacturing & delivery time for Custom Made Orders.
Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page, deepening on weight and shipping destination.
Delivery transit time may vary according to the delivery location, but generally, you can expect delivery within 3 to 10 working days.
Please provide a contact number with your shipping address for the courier company.
No handling charges & taxes are inclusive for all items.
You may be asked to pay import duties or customs taxes in our country/territory; we have no control over it.
In some countries, custom clearing takes longer than in others. It can cause a delay in delivery. We request you to wait few extra days if this situation occurs or contact the local authorities.
If a shipment is rejected because of custom clearance charges, you will be responsible for any fee incurred in the process.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes on any of our delivery services.
